چکیده
Electronic skin (e-skin) has significant application prospects in soft robotics, prosthetics, medical monitoring, and wearable equipment. However, it remains a great challenge for e-skin to comprehensively mimic the multifunctional sensing capabilities characteristics of human skin. Herein, vertical graphene arrays (VGA) were directly fabricated on surface natural latex film using facile method. The based VGA combines intrinsic properties flexible substrates, as well morphological advantages VGA, giving similar those not only exhibited tactile perception pressure, airflow, morphology objects, but could also percept difference temperature between detected object noncontact manner. Moreover, characteristics, including an ultrafast responsiveness (6.7 ms) resilience (13.4 ms), broad pressure range (2.5 Pa – 1.1 MPa), high sensitivity, robust cyclability, further demonstrate similarity that outstanding stretchability substrate endows with ultrabroad strain detection (0.5%?250%). Furthermore, can still maintain structure, capability under large tensile deformations. preparation methods excellent performance mean this is expected be applied integrated smart electronics.

A chameleon-inspired stretchable electronic skin with interactive colour changing controlled by tactile sensing
Some animals, such as the chameleon and cephalopod, have the remarkable capability to change their skin colour. This unique characteristic has long inspired scientists to develop materials and devices to mimic such a function. However, it requires the complex integration of stretchability, colour-changing and tactile sensing. Here we show an all-solution processed chameleon-inspired stretchable...

متن کاملVertical Silicon Nanowire Arrays for Gas Sensing
The goal of this research was to fabricate and characterize vertically aligned silicon nanowire gas sensors. Silicon nanowires are very attractive for gas sensing applications and vertically aligned silicon nanowires are preferred over horizontal nanowires for gas sensing due to the high density of nanowire arrays and the increased nanowire surface area per substrate area. However, the developm...
